I think Oswald the Lucky Rabbit lives in Duckburg. Check out all the dog-noses he passes in this scene:
Since we've already seen Woody Woodpecker outwit the Beagle Boys, it's obvious that the Walter Lantz universe and the Walt Disney universe are one and the same. Either that, or they are parallel earths separated by a dimensional barrier that only Oswald can pierce. There are dog-noses everywhere, is what I'm getting at.

I haven't played any of the Kingdom Hearts games, but I understand they have the Disney universe intersect with the Final Fantasy one.
