This is like when Gemstone took over the Disney comics and charged $7 for it's inaugural issue of Walt Disney's Comics & Stories (and I fell for it by buying the damn issue)!
ReplyDeleteOh me too, and many issues after that. At least this is supposed to be a one-time anniversary issue. It's bad enough that the book comes out twice a month and they charge $3.99 per issue. But, like Batman and Donald Duck, Spider-Man is a character I have a hard time saying no to.
ReplyDeleteI know. I sorta wonder when well we ever see the Disney guys back in print though (or is this going to be handled by Marvel too)? I want Gold Key back!
