BILLION DOLLAR VIDEO GAME IDEA:
Street Fighter 2, only the fighters are black and white cartoon characters.
Oswald, Betty Boop, Krazy Kat and Ignatz, Felix, Popeye, throw in Cuphead for the kids. Maybe make Bosko an unlockable bonus fighter.
